    Advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: This course is for students who have at least 6 months of BJJ training. Participants will focus on both fundamental and advanced techniques in this open mat style course. There will be opportunities to spar with a partner. Of course, sparring will be on a voluntary basis. You can either drill moves with a partner or participate in the live sparring/rolling session of the class. Advance Striking: This course is for students who have at least 6 months of BJJ training. During this session students will learn increasingly advanced striking combinations while demonstrating proper technique using striking pads. The goal of this course is to build on the techniques Instructor Cruz at demonstrates during the beginning of each class.

Our instructor Emily has years of experience as a competitive dancer and adores teaching young students at Reecy Davis Recreation Center.
